Coaching Potentials enVISIONs healthy organizations that nurture and celebrate connection, facilitate responsive practices, and support systemic innovation by inspiring transformative learning. We see that strong and supported early childhood staff create strong and supported children and families and programs. Thus, we strongly advocate for fidelity to children and families, utilizing a behavioral science approach to developing equitable and systemic organizational practices in programs. We translate research into practical applications that support individual and systemic change.
Coaching Potentials Coaching Certification Program
Facilitates coaching professionals to become secure, compassionate, deep thinking partners with the capacity for effectively supporting and strengthening the potentials of early childhood staff and systems. We believe in elevating human potentials in a manner that authentically supports recognizing and letting go of the concerns of the past, presencing with one’s innate purpose, and opening one’s will to amazing possibilities emerging. We meet our students where they are at and engage them in the same transformative work they can then implement with their coaching partners and/or organizations. Our approach is interactional, leading to a comprehensive understanding of coaching knowledge and skills, the coach him/her/themselves, and how coaching can be embedded in organizational systems. We serve as the participants’ coach and model coaching throughout the year-long process
